What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the name, work email, company name, enquiry type and message you provide. When you apply for a job we collect your name, email, phone number, the position, your CV and any LinkedIn profile or cover note you add. We do not collect health data, payment data or national identifiers through this website.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage the business relationship that may follow, or to assess your job application. Applications are sent by email to our recruitment team only and are not stored on this website. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then deleted. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months for current and future vacancies, then deleted; you can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you sent us. Write to info@babpharma.com and we will respond.
